Label and Inventory Management

Some of our products are “stock” items that are ready to ship at any time, but if your product uses custom shrink sleeve or bands, they take time to manufacture.

To ensure that you have the labels you need right when you need them, we offer several inventory management solutions:

• Annual commitment with controlled release: If you know how many shrink sleeves you’ll need on an annual basis, but don’t have the cash flow to pay for that large of a quantity upfront (or the storage to keep that many labels on hand), you can still take advantage of higher quantity price breaks. We can stock your custom shrink sleeves in our warehouse to ship on demand and bill as needed.

• Usage tracking for better re-order timing: We can help you schedule re-orders based on your usage, even if it spikes at different times of the year. 

• “Rainy day” planning: We recommend keeping a backup stock of labels so that you never run out. When you have to start using the backup stock, you know you need to re-order right away. We can help you calculate how many extra sleeves you need to keep on hand to account for the lead time your full re-stock will take.  

• Emergency help when you need it: If you really end up in a pinch, we can work overtime to expedite your order processing. We can also airfreight a smaller quantity to “buy time” until your ground freight shipment arrives.
