Our complimentary sample service CAN HELP YOU confidently place any size order.

We offer a library of shrink sleeve samples so that you can see the quality, fit, and application of our heat shrink tubing on your specific container. These physical samples are not custom-printed, but they do ensure the correct size and shrink percentage and can help you decide between different substrate options.

The process is as follows: 

  1. You send half a dozen bottles or containers to Tango.

  2. Tango’s sampling and engineering department does preliminary testing and customizes the appropriate sample sleeves for your containers. 

    • If you’re deciding between multiple options, we will send more than one variation so that you can see and feel the differences.

    • Our turnaround time is 24 hours as long as we have the correct size(s) in stock.

  3. You receive the samples in the format of your choice (approximately 10 cut sleeves or a small roll for machine application) and test them with your production process in your facility.

  4. If you’re happy with the samples, you can confidently move forward with your order or, if there’s a problem of any kind, simply send us your feedback and we will make adjustments until you get exactly the right sleeve for your specific application.
