Shrink Sleeve Formats

All shrink sleeves are designed to “shrink” when exposed to heat, but the process doesn’t look the same for every product. Depending on the volume and speed needed, they can be applied by hand or by machine. If you’d rather outsource the label applicaton, we also offer contract sleeving and packaging.

Tango offers a full range of formats for every application type:

• Roll stock tubing

  • This is the best option for high-volume, high speed application of full-body sleeves, but roll stock requires machine application. If you don’t already use shrink sleeve packaging, we can help you select the equipment you’ll need. 

• Cut bands 

  • Cut bands are delivered in stacks for hand application. They are a great option for lower-volume jobs, especially those requiring full-body sleeves. 

• Preforms

  • Most commonly used for tamper evidence or extra lid security, preforms arrive partially shaped for fast and precise hand application.
